Sarah Phillips, licensed marriage and family therapist

Sarah Phillips, LMFT

A grounded place for strong people to receive support, too.

You may be capable, dependable, and used to being the person others lean on. That does not mean you should have to manage anxiety, trauma, relationship strain, or major transitions alone.

Schedule with Sarah

Warm, honest, and practical

Sarah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients through secure telehealth in Texas, California, and New Mexico. Frontline Therapy is based in Atascocita, Texas, and telehealth is the only service currently offered.

Before becoming a therapist, Sarah spent more than 20 years serving in the Army. That experience gives her an unusually grounded understanding of responsibility, high-pressure environments, military culture, transition, family strain, and the difficulty many strong people have asking for support.

Sarah works with individuals, couples, and families facing trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, conflict, disconnection, and life change. Her approach is grounded in empathy, respect, authenticity, gentle challenge, and a judgment-free environment.

“My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.”
